I think our communities are messed up cause thats how the system wants us. The only way we can make it better and safer is to complain to the people incharge of our county. I think Los Angeles families work hard to pay taxes every year to receive nothing. its stupid that they ignore us. They rather fix up downtown and u.s.c area when they know latins,blacks,and asians families live there. They think cause their consider first class can take the the middle and lower class territory in a blink of an eye. They need to stop been greedy and start thinking families that been living in communities for years want to stay for good and no one should have the right to take it away from them.
